That's easy for you to say. But if that tree stump started mowing people down, you'd be the first to condemn the FBI for negligence! Remember what Chief Moose said: We can't close any possible suspect in or out.

The FBI has taken a tree stump into custody.

The stump was shown on TV being herded into the back of a U-Haul with a tarp over it, reportedly to hide its shame. The stump has waived extradition and will be flown to Rockville, MD, where it will remain in custody of the ATF until it can be tested for slugs, fragments and other ballistic, dangerous substances. Film at 11.
