My son-in-law is a guard in a Colorado prison. I was just out there last week and he was telling me that there is a terrorist serving time in the prison where he works with ties to al Qaeda and to the Oklahoma City bombing. He said he's an old guy, not what you would expect, and is serving time for smuggling explosives into the country.

I served in the campaign of a US congressman that said the legislation, emotionally passed in days of the aftermath, was prepared BEFORE OKC happened - and that if he ever told anyone he thought the government could have prevented OKC from happening, he would fear for his life. This was years ago. I've conciously decided to 'expect the worst and pray for the best' since that day regarding my government - the one that doesn't want its 'subjects' armed.
