Fox news: On Sept 22, in Alabama, a person in liquor store robbery killed, their credit card stolen; that same credit card is involved in beltway sniper case to put the 10 mil on. Credit card recently used in Tacoma Park.

Ok, try this theory -- Mohammad kills the person in the liquor store. Local police make no arrest. Serial sniper not happy regarding efforts of police and goes nuts. Leaves notes and clues pointing to Alabama killing encouraging police to track down real killer (Mohammad Williams).
