They have known what he looks like for three days and didn't show the public. What if the bus driver didn't have to die? What if these guys had been spotted two days ago and arrested?

I don't doubt it for a second, but how did you find this out? I do agree Moose only seems to react when forced into a corner by a deadline or political/press/legal pressure.
