MSNBC says names and photos to be released at press conference in Tacoma. The clock is running on the sniper and his butt buddy. They're cut off from their sources of money and soon their faces will be plastered on TV screens all over the country.

skuse me... one can watch the trajectory of a .22 round - like a rainbow over 100 yds... a .223 is a laser beam in comparison. Target practice on a stump in a back yard just duz not get it for me.
I used to have a mini-14 with a Leupold scope - that's .223 - awesome weapon... not shot in the back yard unless as someone posted long ago "you want the men in blue showing up". One goes out in the "country" or to a range to fire that puppy.
Good thinking tho...

chicano kid My family is pre-statehood as well, and my dad HATED, HATED the word "chicano." I thought about earlier, when you mentioned my demographic group, I think first and foremost it's "cute ,brilliant, mean, Texan women under 35."

I'm sure it'll be the talk of the UHaul store tomorrow morning.
Feds bust into the UHaul store
"Got any trucks!?"
"How many bedrooms are you moving?"
"I need to move two tree stumps!"
"Cedar or Birch?"
"Dunno"
"Infected with Apple Maggot or Asian Beetles?"
"Nope. Maybe bullets though"
"Ah, okay you want the 16' one. I have one here. Sorry only the 18' is in. Its $150 more"
"Dammit! Well okay"
"Want insurance with that?"

The deserter, not identified by name, was given permission for an August trip to the United States and Canada, said Bureau. Police sources said he had planned a trip to Chicago. RTL radio reported the deserter was of Yugoslav origin, but Bureau could not confirm that, saying that he had to be a French citizen to attend the military school. The fact that they do not release the name or picture is interesting. You would expect that, regardless, the Feds would want to find the guy, and the fastest way to do so would be to put his name, picture, and description up on CNN. The fact that they don't do this makes me wonder if the guy might be of some "ethnic group" that they don't want people to be alarmed about

Got to be the Evolution/Creation thread...
That's it. If a female FBI agent gets off the plane carrying the tree stump covered in stump splatter, it's conclusive evidence of creationism.

Lumberjacks?
They cut down trees, they eat their lunch, and they like to press wild flowers.
