Sorry I'm late to this party but the sniper BS and all. I did a search for this thread because I heard her call loud and clear out here behind the Redwood Curtain. She expressed her self very well and Sean was a good host..

Bump because I love your expression "The Redwood Curtain." Is that in common use or did you just coin it?

It expresses what has happened to the West Coast perfectly, and brings to mind the image of Robert Kennedy (rabble rouser) and the granny-groupies who have done so much to shut down the timber industry of the coast.

Thank you everyone, for saying such nice things about my phone call to Sean! I tried to make sense, and say everything I needed to say. I know I flubbed a bit, I don't do call-in stuff well; please don't fire me!

I will write up a little something in a while... I'm on call (again) tonight, and darned if I didn't get paged already. So, it's off to work with me for now...
