"In reality, the English approach has not re-duced violent crime. Instead it has left law-abiding citizens at the mercy of criminals who are confident that their victims have neither the means nor the legal right to resist them. Imitating this model would be a public safety disaster for the United States."

I wonder what lies Chuckie Schumer and Diane Feinstein would tell to refute this little statement?

The people with backbone in England must really feel frustrated to see what is happening to their country. I wonder what it will take to turn their way of thinking around? Or is it not too late to save themselves from themselves.

On the other hand we in this country have the same problem ahead of us as the gun control nuts gain more and more power. As we fall more and more into the liberal demorat mantra of letting the government tend to your every need, we start to sound more and more like the Brits. As the article noted the Brits are encouraged to walk by someone in need, to let the authorities deal with the situation. Wether the "authorities" are any where in sight or not.

"God Save the Queen," but most importantly I must say from my observation point on this side of the Atlantic, "God Save the United States from becoming just like the British."

Someone want to send this to the highly misinformed Michael Moore? He says that the disarming of the populace in other countries "hasn't hurt anyone."

That, along with her machine gun-packing bodyguards, makes her much better-protected than the peasants over whom she rules.

"Our task of creating a socialist America can only succeed when those who would resist us have been totally disarmed."

That quote has been widely discredited.

GB has devolved into a defenseless maiden awaiting her destiny with 21st Century theofascism's lust.
