The Los Angeles Times and Richmond Times-Dispatch reported that a note left at the last shooting contained a threat directed toward schools, which may have led authorities to cancel classes in the Richmond area.

The Los Angeles Times also reported Tuesday that unidentified federal agents said the letter was "very lengthy" and poorly worded, bordering on broken English.

Broken english could be any language even Chinese. He definitely lives in Virginia though.

Hah! If you want to see "lengthy, bordering on broken English", look up any islamic/"palestinian" poster here on FR - a former freeper by name of "BoltFromBlue" being an excellent example ;)).

I said yesterday on a thread that I felt the reason the schools were closed was that the sniper had threatened children, I see that is now confirmed? Early morn on west coast, so I am not sure .
