I'm not ruling out the fact that it could be a terrorist cell. I'm also not ruling out that it might be and individual nut case who sypathizes(sic) with Al-Qada.

But when I look at the pattern of the shootings, my gut tells me this is an individual who's purpose of the shootings are to boost his self-esteem by "empowering" himself and controling the environment around him.
