That's a possiblity. It could be a Black Muslim who is an Al-Qada sympathizer. It also could be a Joseph Paul Franklin type. I'm not sure.

i don't want to appear racist, but this isn't the MO of a black person. these shootings are too controlled and planned and the victims are too diverse.
