JUST BREAKING!!! Police confirm another shooting. But are not sure if it is related.

I'm not sure if this is incompetence, because I can't fathom how they can catch this guy/guys short of him/them them making a mistake. It may be time to for LE to play this one "out of the box" and do the opposite of what the sniper asks.....to force his hand at possibly making a mistake.

It's way past time for proactive instead of reactive response. Raid all 6 DC area known terrorist cells, (and NRA camps if you want. Find the ECOterrorists hideouts too.) Declare marshall law if needed.
13 sperate shootings and no serious clues is not your average situation.

I'm on vacation this week and missed the traffic jam this morning, I just got off the phone with my sister who is working on the Montgomery Co. Task Force. She says that everyone on the Task Force are puting in so many hours on this case that it's mind boggling

Speaking of "guys in blue" what if this sniper is an active cop? He could do the shooting, and then just immediately join in the search! I hope someone is working on that angle... Yah! That's angle's so obvious you would certainly hope are working the LEO angle, but maybe not. LEO's are notorious for protecting their own. They were looking at military personnel though so you would hope to Hell they are looking at themselves.
Only a LEO or a woman could get through all of those roadblocks on so many different occassions. IMHO.

Perhaps it's just an attempt on my part to gain understanding of the motivations of this person. On the other hand I'd sure hate to find out in the end that this was some white guy trying to make a statement in objection to the diversity being crammed down our throats. The actions of this perp may have ramifications on the back end. The last thing I want to see is the left be able to spin the acts to further their causes.

What if he/she/it/they/them have a good supply of those cheap blue nylon jackets that say ATF, FBI or whatever on the back and have the department abbreviations on the front.
They shoot someone and put the jacket on and wait a few minutes and walk around with some yellow police tape and a walkie talkie radio. Who is going to stop them or even pay much attention to grunts in the field with official jackets.

The taunting was wrong since this guy is taking everything personally. He is showing that he is truly psychotic. Carl McCall has got to let the people know what is going on though. They have screwed up already in making arrests. They have to really stop making mistakes.
