even a loner has to sleep somewhere. In a densly populated area such as DC, a neighbor may make the connection that the guy down the hall or across the street has never been at home when one of the shootings happened. I am sure that this constitutes a lot of people but it may be noticed by someone. I live alone, always have and in the places that I have lived there is always someone who takes notice of your commings an goings. I'm sure that the authorities are getting many more calls from people suspicious of their neighbors than they can possibly handle. Citizens can eliminate suspicion of someone if they are at home when the shooting occur, I guess that's what BOLO is all about.
