Looks like CNN is reporting new shooting

CNN reporting and tv pics: traffic is moving again, which is curious. Perhaps they don't think it's the sniper.

That's right Lion's Cub. Victim is male, gunshot wound to chest, shot getting on or off bus, wooded area nearby, Michael's where this all started is 1/4 mile away.

"Had a thought last night re: the Van and 2 guys taken into custody. That they were set up by the sniper. Along with the Cops. My thought was that the 2 "Hispanics" were seen using the phone by our guy a couple of times using the phone. They were probably just migrant workers calling in to find out where their next job was to be."

Nope...these guys had called to extort money from someone regarding the DeeCeeSniper attacks. This was a second call they were making...both from the same phone booth, so the Richmond cops had the place staked out. These two guys were far from innocent dupes.

LOL--Peach, I'm with you there. I'm ashamed to say that my kids have been watching a few more videotapes the past couple days while I've been reading here...they are asleep now, thought I'd hop on early so I could actually get some things done today.

It is a thought, and not a bad one, but it just doesn't all fit together for me. I know we need to expect the unexpected from AQ, but unless given other evidence to the contrary, I'm leaning toward domestic again.

mud... the phone booth was being watched because that is where the sniper called from saturday nite to tell police about the letter he left for them. I'll post the link shortly for you.

Shooting reported at 5:56 AM. Site appears to be within sight of Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Two of the shootings on the morning of Oct. 3 occurred near here. That morning, he shot four people. Let's hope he doesn't try that today.

No word of Mongomery County schools being closed. It would be crazy to open them today.

I agree Peach. How hard would it be for the guy though to ask two Mexican looking guys probably hard pressed for cash and say, hey you guys want to make 50 bucks...I'm still suspicious about the guy giving false info too. Perhaps the guy is disguised or something when he makes the offers so no description?

Wonder if the "surveillance planes" would have been up in the air this early. I don't know how they would have been able to track a getaway from the air in pitch black without a helicopter and searchlight on the spot at that very moment of the shooting. Perhaps this guy/gang knows a lot about our LE and military capabilities. Or not. In any case, he's headed back up 95 in our direction. Yikes!
