Would that mean that if we catch him alive, there is already a deal to let Virginia have him first??
To: All
yeeeesh ! finally caught up, but now i'm starving.
see y'all at ~3,000 ...
To: yukong
Hurry back and thank you for all your words, kind Sir.
To: All
About more than violence.
For those wondering about the wording
To: nicmarlo
Thank you, I got to hear it this time.
To: X-Servative
That's not funny. ;) Things were such a mess in 2000 I thought the Dems would actually try something that radical.
To: HitmanNY
Thanks for an actual laugh in the middle of all this (IRS).
But where would the money come from, exactly, anyway? And would we pay him outright, or only use this as a trap? I don't think we should pay him outright even if he does kill more if we don't. That sets a very bad precedent and makes us powerless before all sniper/terrorists in the future.
To: ~Kim4VRWC's~
me, too; weird...."you indicated this is about more than violence."
To: yukong
Please, don't flame me on this.
No flame, the only reason I agree with you isthat the FBI and Ashcroft is not in the forefront of this investigation. But maybe they don't want to suffer the embarrasment since it is taken so long to capture this/those creeps.
To: Yaelle
I sure wish I knew what it all means.

He's been wearing a bullet proof vest for at least a week, I noticed it a long time ago. I was wondering if the media were wearing them?
To: nicmarlo
I guess the guy is too afraid to tell the cops what "it" is.
To: ~Kim4VRWC's~
I guess that all depends on what "it" is. (Is "it" like what IS is?)
To: marajade; Howlin
He wants it electronically... is it still that easy?It is if you nuke the country where the bank account is located.
To: Yaelle
I don't know... All I know is what FNC just reported...
To: Yaelle
OK let's ask ourseves this. Who could take ten million dollars and run? Who has the knowledge of how to have money wired to a foreign source, I mean I wouldn't have a clue where to start an operation like that. Especially after picking off a dozen people in a two week period and sucessfully getting away with it without so much as a witness. Obviously he isn't asking to have money sent to his BOA account in Billings, Montana?

He is acting like they can't *electronically* wire 10 Millions dollars to an international bank account. Like a way could not be found to break the rules if somebody in Washington insisted strongly enough.
I assume -- and hope -- that this is just a tactful way of refusing the sniper's demand.
