Just announced on WBAP in Dallas. Two men apprehended are illegal aliens and not connected to sniper case.

On CNN they just referred to these 2 as 'undocumented workers

"Undocumented" is a great PC euphemism. It implies innocence, as in, "I was pulled over by a cop at a DWI checkpoint and was given a citation because I had left the car registration at home. If I bring in the proper documentation, they will forgive the ticket."

These workers did not leave their documents home. They don't have any. Nobody is sitting on a raft in the Rio Grande handing them out. They are undocumented in the sense that a carjacker doesn't have the car's registration, not that someone inadvertently left them at home.

Suite yourself. I've heard the same, but this one is (at least to me) believable. I never thought it likely that these guys were associated with the case, other than perhaps as a part of a hoax.

It turns out (and is likely now to me) that they were just caught up in the net and had nothing to do with it. Glad they are being deported, wish we would do a better job of that for other illegals.

How this is going to end:

I believe that there is a terriorst cell bickering among themselves weather to keep this a "strickly" religous jihad or make some money out of this deal.

The note was left near the scene of the last shooting with out the knowledge of ALL the perps imvolved. There may be 4 or more.

The 1 or 2 indeviduals who want to make some money out of this sniping are going to get the WHOLE terriorist cell busted out of greed and stupidity.

This is going to be a comedy as soon as it pans out. Thats why every one is confused at this piont and media speculation is rampant.

The phone number on the note was for that phone booth the cops staked out and busted the nitwits.

Maybe these 2 guys were the greedy ones or the 2 left in the dark by the greedy ones.

They are day laborers, or small time contractors. They run an ad somewhere. Sniper contacts them and tells them he has work for them at that school. They show up at school, but nobody there. Sniper has given them number to contact him at. That number is the number Moose made reference to. One of the two goes to a phone booth to call that number, while other waits at school, in case anyone shows up. Police move in as soon as number is called. I believe someone else is playing the LEO's on the phone thing and the notes hoping to get some dollars from it ... I beleive the perps (probably terrorists) are going to keep on working their plan.

These two guys were just caught in a knee jerk IMHO.

That's my speculation from a long ways off.

I pray it is not terrorists and I pray that the terrorists don't execute a plan in 50 cities or more at once.

I believe it may well be terrorists and they are benifiting from the confusion and what I believe are others trying to make a gain out of the whole thing (notes and phones).

Just my own speculation from a long ways away.

If it is the terrorists, then they are going to keep on and will try to maximize from the confusion.
