I just got back from my parental unit's and I am totally confused. What in heck is going on? The two alleged perps are not the sniper and may or may not be Mexican and Central American, right? What were they doing at that phone booth? And why is Chief Moose asking that lunatic to phone home again?

Well the talking heads are helping the sniper analyze the meaning of it all. Ideas for the sniper are: 1) that the police are trying to get a better trace; 2) that the police are stalling for time; 3) that police are bafoons; 4) that the police communicated a hidden message to you and you're too stupid to pick it up.

Some thoughts…

If he (the caller) was on a cell phone this is understandable.

If he (the caller) was on a landline this is a bluff, the cops are trying to get him to call back maybe to complete a trace. If the shooter(s) are as smart, as they appear to be this could back fire on the cops and us (the public).

Or…

We are dealing with something here, the likes of which law enforcement has never seen and it has them in a tailspin, running scared and in fear for the greater safety of the public.

The INS is taking the two amigos back to wherever they came from, no criminal charges filed. This brings up the question of how did the letter find its way thru a massive police dragnet into a crime scene shortly after the shooting.

Are the police that incompetent?

One could go crazy just speculating as to what in the hell is really going on, and will we ever really know the whole story, do the cops really know what is going on and will they ever really know the whole story.

My theory is that a prisoner release could be part of their demands, not necessarily that it will be accepted by the current administration
