Dog - Fox just replayed Ari and he said "arrests" - plural. You were right, but perhaps Ari was wrong. Who knows anymore. The press has been horrible on this story.

"Report 1:...suspect is hispanic, aproximately 23 years old."

Richmond briefing at 1 pm... CNN saying 5 minutes ago, 2 arrested...


Kelly Arena of CNN trying to back away from this being the snipers, but possibly sniper copycats. Saying that someone called the hotline after the attack on Sat night and told the FBI that there was a note in the woods. The police found the note, and this could be related to the phone caller who called from a pay phone on Wood street in Richmond which is near the Exxon Station (in fact it could be at the Citgo Station down the street where they have set up another crime screen.

Uniform SS seems to have their hands in anything that's mulitjurisdictional around the DC area one way or the other...

They don't want a repeat of the lying witness they had at Home Depot the other night.

That is true, but look how the media quickly got that dealership guy to spout all sorts of details about the police narrowing in on the van! I think the media still tries to get these witnesses on before the authorities can shut them up. After all, he was going on about an unmarked red Mustang the police were using -- that can't be in the cops' best interest to have that stuff on the news. And what if he was embellishing? Probably not, but how does anyone know, at this point?

There is a mexican flag sticker in the rear window of the van that they impounded. I saw it on fox news while I was home for lunch.

Their graphic said "hispanic" and "23 years old" but didn't seem to authenticate it...reported it as a "witness report", whatever the heck that means.

I feel like Robert Byrd has been reporting this story, incoherency-wise.

Well that could be as anything that happens in the D.C. area may need to be evaluated to determine if it posses a threat to the President.

I do find it strange that D.C. police are telling U.S. Senators that they should watch out for Al-Qaeda snipers on the golf course, but you people who are being gunned down in the streets of D.C. are the victim of a white psycho.
