One man in custody, police won't confirm is related to sniper but is a "hot suspect" according to one police officer interviewed by WRVA.

Can you post what "lock down" means in regards to a high school or college? Is it some sort of sleepover? No one enters the campus overnight?

??? How could this be "our boy(s)"? Unless he/they decided to surrender, this would be a really stupid move for someone who's been keeping all the alphabet guys at bay for 3 weeks now.

Or unless one of the team is scared for his life. His partner might have decided to get rid of him, which does make sense to me: I speculated yesterday it would eventually end up with one of them trying to kill the other(s).

It is a white van that's parked in the Exxon parking lot which is in the same corner as the phone booth.

Frat houses closed, all students in their own rooms. RA's enforcing the lock down. (Friend of mine from church has a son there who is an RA). Not sure if classes are being held or not. I don't think so since it was announced that RMC is closed today. Usually that means no classes.

Fox says that Swat team has indeed surrounded the phone booth. Indicating that they don't know if there is another person or what's going on with that situation.
