I'll bet this wasn't the shooter. Think he's going to break cover and trot on down to the shooting scene? I think it was a witness to the shooting...maybe somebody waiting in their car for a kid to get out of the bathroom or something. When the shots rang out they split out of fear.

Why then, the complicated phone scheme? If that were the case, they could provide THEIR #. Or they could call the tip-line.

I'm pretty certain that this is either the shooter, or someone working with him.
