YAAAAAY! DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS!!! Someday, when my wife retires, we hope to move to the last true bastion of American ideals and values in this great country. Now, please....don't everybody else from the other states get into an uproar and start flaming me. I am a son of the SOUTH and thats where my heart will always rest. My bones too for that matter.

I can't wait to get outta Floriduh. I'll bet I live in the rudest stae in the country. But when we drove to Texas last year to pick up our new pup over spring break, we were so impressed at how friendly everybody was once we got out of the state of Florida! We were treated so well by everybody. Even the chef at Denny's in San Antonio wanted to come out and pet the new pup. LOL

Just reckless speculation on my part, but...

I'm thinking we'll see another assassination south of Richmond before the shooters (or another cell altogether) head back north, maybe north of Baltimore. Their pattern appears to be that they're moving south. Their patterns never hold.

Within weeks, after a few more strategically placed killings (North Carolina or Delaware, maybe) the affected area will include the entire Balto/DC metro area and all of Virginia, as well as Delaware, Philadelphia, South Jersey, and North & South Carolina.

After that, they'll widen to include New York/North Jersey, Boston, Florida (three Islamist hot spots), and ultimately, the entire eastern seaboard. Before election day, the entire east coast could be paralyzed.

I'm also guesing that somewhere along the way, an arrest will be made, and with the suspect in custody, the killings will continue.

OHIO! There was a story on FOX three days ago, that there might be a copycat sniper in OHIO but I haven't seen anything else on it...have you seen or heard this?

Your post just triggered a thought about the bullet trajectory-
the school boy who was shot in the back sustained damage in a downward line (from below the shoulder blade, through the lung and diaphragm, across the upper abdomen (liver, stomach, panccreas, spleen) and lodged benath the skin on the opposite flank.
If my scenario is correct- it would seem the shot is from ABOVE ground level shooting slightly downward- not from a prone position firing UP at an erect figure.
Like maybe from the bed of a truck?

You can do any better? Did you ever think he could be placed where he is ..the "Local Face" to the populus? That other undertakings are at place. Put a TOPGUN on camera in front of you and you would lock yourself in your homes and board up your windows or make runs on the supermarkets. Lets let it play out before the criticism..besides he is there and you are here.. ;)

Too many escapes from the police dragnet to be anything but a decoy. Throw the white van story out.

Look at the victims: Whites, Blacks, Hispanics, Children, Men and Women.

Only one group of people seem to be escaping the sniper(s) attacks >>> Muslims.

Is that merely a coincidence, or should investigators now wonder if nearby mosques are being used as a "safe house" for the travelling sniper(s).

Somewhere, "safe houses" seem to be available for the Sniper(s). Police need to find out where they go.

The trucks/vans used as decoys – and their drivers – are perfectly clean and legal, so it makes no difference if they are stopped. Huge numbers of LE are on a wild goose chase.

Maybe this is exactly why they are having these people get out of the car and be handcuffed, etc.

Don't anyone kid yourselves, the FBI, the Secret Service and Homeland Security are running this investigation - not the local police. Any attack by snipers in the Washington, D.C. area will be covered by top government agencies since this is the seat of power.

The only reason not to publicly call it terrorism is to prevent the publicity given to the extremist terrorists in their actions (which is what they want), to prevent panic and to avoid all the stupid questions as the media zoom in on the federal agencies rather that Capt. Moose, and to make the terrorists feel they really don't know what is going on - yet - they know full well.

I doubt a white van is even involved, except maybe in the beginning.

As I noted earlier in this thread, the probabability of a random white van being in the vicinity of a shooting is nearly 100%.

Next time you are out driving, look around at any given time and see how many you can find.

Every GSW I've done (too many)- we work with LEO to ascertain the trajectory, because- along with the position of the victim- it leads right back to where the shot came from.
They'd piece the clothing together after we'd cut it off, and run a straight edge from entrance to exit. X-rays often show the path as well.
It has also occured to me that moving victims are gut shot- stationary ones head shot- so he/they may not be that good a marksman.
