Well, I guess that depends on how you define “improperly”.

For the “Great Gay Legislator” complete and total confiscation of all privately held firearms would be completely appropriate.

And as for how do you get this guy? It is already too late to use any such method to get this guy. He already has his weapon and it has not been fingerprinted. Any future sniper could easily acquire an un-fingerprinted weapon or by simply changing the barrel on a fingerprinted weapon, change its ballistic fingerprint.

This is stupid...imo to stay home lock your doors...teach your children to be in fear...run dodge zigzag to the gas pump and dance around while loading your groceries...

My platoon in Vietnam would get to come into the base camp @ once a month for what was called a 'stand down' a couple days to clean up get some rest (get a little drunk etc)...

We would come in out of the field pretty ripe so the first order (after weapons check) was heading off to the PX to get a Cold Drink (highly prized) and buy some stuff...

We went shopping....and of course a few rockets would come in or some mortar rounds...the sirens would sound and the poor pogues (remfs) would run in circles heading for the bunkers..
We however were non plussed.
Charlie was not gonna spoil our stand down...and it was kinda nice having the place all to ourselves..and it was always a hoot to watch those pogues panic and run for the bunkers..

Its the panic these killers are gettin off on...and we shouldnt let them have that..

Armed citizens is the answer..the pros aint getting it done.....

Its either that or take a fat person shopping with you....they are easy to hide behind
