If they know where all these islmaic groups are in the US...why aren't they ALL either kicked out or taken into custody?? Here's why - Three Strangers:
At a small terminal in the Texas Panhandle, three strangers are awaiting their commuter flight. One is a Native American passing through from Oklahoma. Another, a local ranch hand, on his way to Ft. Worth for a stock show. The third passenger is an Arab student, newly arrived from the Middle East.
To pass the time, they strike up a conversation on recent events, and the discussion drifts to their diverse cultures. Soon, the Westerners learn that the Arab is a devout Muslim. The conversation falls into an uneasy lull.
The cowpoke leans back in his chair, crosses his boots on a magazine table, and tips his big sweat-stained hat forward over his face while the wind outside blows tumbleweeds and the old windsock flaps.
Finally, the Native American clears his throat, and he speaks softly: "Once my people were many, now we are few."
The Muslim raises an eyebrow and leans forward, "Once my people were few," he sneers, "And now we are many. Why do you suppose that is?"
The Texan shifts the toothpick to one side of his mouth, and from the darkness beneath his Stetson, says, "That's 'cause we ain't played Cowboys and Muslims yet."

Well...being here in Florida...I am not feeling terrorized. If they had them all over the country...then I would be.

I think mass hysteria could follow.
Hopefully mass "we are actually in a war" thinking could kick in at that point and put an end to the dreamworld most are living in right now. Hopefully no mass hysteria but some reality.
Then perhaps a few politicians would get off their butts and stop obstructing everything.

As I speak, WTOP is reporting, sniper shooting experts are on the way to the scene. Gees, dognuts arn't served until 6 am.
Let's see, I have heard 53, 47, 34 year old shot tonight.
Just heard white van with a ladder rack. When will that change?
Such lame reporting.

They have a tag #...no witness to scene?

Word here (local hospital) is that he will definitely be ok.
He's out of the woods medically.
Now, I hope they have a good match on the bullet.

Neither am I! LOL. But compared to some of the twits I've seen on cable, FR has a lot more intelligent analysis.

I dunno either way, but I don't think it to be that incredible that the shooter, if it is a loner, has been able to get away so far. Too much of a needle in a haystack search. Are we sure he/she/it is really in a white van, or is that what witness' notice when they scan the scene, since most of these shootings involve areas with large parking lots. With a head start, and many back roads, why wouldn't the driver be able to slip away? And if it isn't a white van, then what good do roadblocks do? All the driver has to do is act reasonably when stopped. Though I can think of one technique that MIGHT be used to pick out a suspect, it still is a long shot if the sniper is driving anything other than a white van. That white van may be as real as the ghosts that some people report seeing.

American intel had intercepts indicating Japanese and Japanese-Americans were in contact with Japanese intelligence, re intelligence and sabotage. The internments prevented any such actions.

Rita reporting from her "sources" off her pager that police are looking for a Chevy Van with Maryland 2000 tags......

What's your reasoning for saying "someone would have to be off bubble to shoot in this area".I was thinking if some hoodlim takes a pop at somebody, he could end up being blamed for the entire mess, when in fact, he only was shooting at somebody that made a pass at his sister. It seems to me it would be pretty darned risky to settle any scores until this mess is settled.
I'm a gun totin' Granny,,, I hold nothin' against those who want to protect themselves and their property. It is our right to do so.
