Just reported. Took place outside of a Ponderosa Steakhouse. Not sure if it is related or not at this time. Police have shut down parts of I-95.

Listening to VA State police on scanner. They are running tag numbers. One from Maryland that comes back with no record.

FYI-Cnn reporting traffic heading north on I95 is stopped. Blockade set up 60 miles north of the shooting.

The camera on CNN isn't close enough to see anything but flashing lights. Maybe this time they sealed off the scene properly.
