So far, I been getting solutions to the second amendment, immigration and open season on muslims, but no solutions to catching the sniper.

OK, here's mine:

First, it is important to remember that this is in all likelihood a foreign army, albeit a small one, on our soil, attacking our citizens.

That being said, I believe that within 5 minutes of a new shooting, the President of the United States should declare marshall law in the affected region. Lock down 50 square miles, and don't let anything bigger than a bunny rabbit outside of the perimeter without first getting a full anal exam.

None of this would compromise the Constitution or our God-given unalienable rights in the least. The Bill of Rights speaks of UNREASONABLE searches and seizures...and in this case, a full search for the enemies of our country is eminently reasonable.

That's what I would do.

Why does G-d only grant these rights to Americans? What about the Christians in Indonesia or Sudan? Why doesn't G-d give them rights?

God grants ALL men and women these Rights. Most people in the world, however, have rejected God and the teachings of the Bible. As a result, they live in tyranny.

Others live in countries where either the majority, or those with the guns, have rejected God. They too, live in tyranny because they are unwilling or unable to cast of the chains of slavery.

All men and women have Rights, but only in America did a group of people succeed in setting up a government based on protecting our Rights. THAT is why we "constitution freaks" are so adamant about defending our Rights.

Make no mistake, if America falls (by America, I mean a nation where men and women can live in Freedom, NOT a parasitic and corrupt gov't), and they disarm us, global tyranny will ensue.
