Just reported. Took place outside of a Ponderosa Steakhouse. Not sure if it is related or not at this time. Police have shut down parts of I-95.

I would probably refuse to give consent for a search, unless they had a warrant or could articulate probable cause to search my vehicle.

I guess I could "be a chump" about it, and give them consent, but not as long as innocent Americans continue to be harassed and persecuted by their own government (the latest example is the guy in LA who got arrested for making holsters, although there are thousands of others of cases).

Wouldn't it make as much sense to go door to door in the community which the shooting occurred in?

I mean, IF this were to be a 'network' sponsoring this, they could have safe houses all up and down the seaboard, shooting only when one of 10,000,000 white vans in America drives by, then laying low - only to move on in 1 of another 1,000,000 different combinations of make, model and color vehicle.

I don't know....if I heard a shot and saw someone "dropped"....I'd likely fall flat on my belly myself, scared....sh*tless......or probably run for cover. THEN, I'd go for help....and I'd probably be looking around while I was "hiding."

People are probably voluntarily allowing their vehicles to be searched and I doubt the cops are going to stop and look at any porn or dime bags they see.

Wouldn't shots from another location echo at the tree line, thereby confusing witnesses. Often, witnesses get things totally wrong, and I'm not talking about that idiot from Monday who did it on purpose.

There was a thread about al Fuqra sometime back in the spring, and VA is one of their hangouts (as well as some place in upstate NY, where they live off of a combination of mysterious income and their jobs as NYC bridge and tunnel maintenance workers and credit card processors.
