They won't find him. If you figure by the time the 911 call goes thru, the time the police get to the scene...Msnbc -- now saying that every vehicle, not just white vans, being inspected in Chevy Chase, MD! On the assumption that the first shootin's were near to where the guy/s live. (I'm now using Ted W's pronunciation without quote marks...)

I just do NOT understand that kind of thinking, do you? Would these people rather we ALL die rather than do what HAS to be done to rid of us these people? Yes. They vote Democrat.

"It was a shame and disgrace they can take the time, money and trouble to tutor Senators on how to avoid getting shot while golfing and have NO FURTHER information to release to the rest of us." They told people to walk in a zig zag fashion when coming and going on their errands.

You've heard of the 'fog of war'? Well this is the sniper fog- when no one knows what the hell they've seen or heard.

CNN scrolling across the bottom: "Breaking: CNN can confirm that there was no altercation in the parking lot before the shooting."
Other scrolls being prepared as we speak:
"Breaking: CNN sources say that there was no pink elephants spotted in the parking lot before the shooting."
"Breaking: CNN can now confirm that there was no UFO landing before the shooting."
"Breaking: CNN exclusive: Generallisimo Francisco Franco is still dead."

I think by "rough area" they mean anything not paved over or with something growning more than 2" high.
To: Howlin
I can't understand how they don't get it.

You're right, WarSlut. Steven Emerson's book Jihad in America outlined several incidents where terrorists killed one or two people in this country. If that's the contribution that can be made by an extremist or a cell, that's enough to donate to the "cause". Also, remember the Arab who took out 3 people at the CIA several years ago? That was clearly terrorism - but he only killed three.

"People heard shots coming FROM THE TREES."
Huh? I thought there were no witnesses...
To: Howlin
You have to figure if you are with someone who just got shot you more than likely will be looking at the victim on the ground more than looking around for the killer. You usually are more concerned about getting help for the victim and by the time your brain registers the tragedy and you go get help which means run back into the restaurant the sniper is long gone.
You have to figure this guy goes into the parking area before he commits the crime and scopes out where he is going to commit it and how he will get away maybe a day or two before. He also makes sure that it is in an area where he can concealed himself from any witnesses.

Press conference set to start......

They don't want to scare the public. This is my opinion. I think you're right.

What bothers YOU about the police doing their jobs?

... and because he is a darling husband,
then he must be "out of character" when he isn't actually re-enacting...
and he must leave P.Henry's fiery temper at the church.
To: JHrules
I got yelled at for physically restraining him for 20 minutes while police arrived as well as a fine from court for violating his rights. Violating HIS rights...I am speechless!
As patriciaruth pointed out in another post actions like yours used to be considered "simple decency and good citizenship" and we looked up to people who lived by that standard. As you prove today one who lives that standard is not only NOT a role model but chastised, derided and even punished! What a SAD commentary on the moral state of our citizenery!

Does the photo of the driver with his hands over his head have a caption? The squad car looks like a Fairfax County one.

If you figure by the time the 911 call goes thru, the time the police get to the scenePro burglers know they have at least 3 minutes to smash and run before the Police respond to a alarm. Homes may take longer.
CNN has press conference on NOW......
