We would like to thank you all for once again contributing remarks, artwork, and observations to Operation Infinite FReep, Columbia, MO. This interaction is one satisfaction we get. The other major satisfaction is knowing our Troops and Veterans see our support, and the media can't hide it.
Due to time constraints, we are going to dedicate this thread tonight. Knowing and working with so many engineer types, this thread is now dedicated to United State Naval Combat Engineers, the Seabees, those fine, under-appreciated tinkerers who create useful stuff out of not much of anything. They put their talents to work on the battlefield building bridges, hospitals, fire bases, and have worked their magic from World War II to Desert Storm.
During that conflict the Seabees unloaded equipment in landing operations, built a 500 bed hospital, constructed and equipped forward airbases for the United States Marines, maintained vital roads and constructed "Wally World," the headquarters complex for the Second Marine Expeditionary Force. Way to go, Seabees!
Join us again next week for the continuing saga of Missouri v. peacenik.
I sure will. Love your report, Blue! Thanks so much.
Cheers for real patriots!
