Looking at those larger photos.....bottom hand corner....where it says Airport.. could the shot have come from that direction intsead of where you have located the arrows.....that would be an easier shot..

...isn't you're same logic operative with respect to the NY Times and the Washington Post?
Counterbalanced by my beloved Washinton Times - which is TWICE the paper the NY Times and Wash. Post will
ever be. :-)

...is the land across the highway from HD elevated?

..wouldn't he have to be on the roof of one of the stores in the strip mall, for your angle?

"msnbc, quoting a police source, stated he was a fat man with the nickname "slim" with a criminal record..."
Ari, are you kidding me :)?

...is the land across the highway from HD elevated? I was wondering that also... With the forshortening of the parking garage on the TV picture, it looks like it could be, but it could be an effect of the Telephoto Lense. If there is any Press people (here) available to comment, I would love to hear. The press were told to set up in that parking lot across the highway.
BTW, that was the question that a reporter asked Moose today. Something like, are you thinking about larger Police crime scene areas since the area across from the parking lot was completely degraded by the press trampling around for two days?
That is when Moose said, "Do you want the microphone?"

Is that paper still owned by the "Moonies"????? Yes, but I have never seen an example where that has had even a small effect... And believe me, I am sensitive to that kind of Shiite!

"Let's say for two weeks: The Police issue a statement that when you enter your car, turn the radio to a certain station. In the event of another sniper attack, we will give you instructions."
And the instructions we be:
"Make sure you have a pen.... and write everything you see on your belly!"
LOL! Sac, I'm sorry, I couldn't resist. I laughed for a full hour after that yesterday.

...if the shooter was shooting from across the highway into the HD parking lot, he would need an elevated surface to make his shot...
To: OReilly
Moose really said that???

Police know the shot came from ACROSS Route 50...the angle of the entrance wound. I think my map may show how the PERP avoided the dragnet...
I have been stating that I don't belive ANYONE has seen the "get away" car...I believe he is shooting with BARRIERS in front of his CAR/TRUCK/VAN/SPACE SHIP whatever...and the barrier whether it is trees/brush or buildings...allow him to drive away from the victim and the chaos.
Once he is on his merry way...he just "blends" in...I doubt he "squeals his wheels" when he drives off...he is probably as cool as a cucumber... The assumption of IMMEDIATELY jumping onto a freeway is a silly assumption...too many intersections through a subdivision...police can not POSSIBLY cover every intersection...especially small ones...this guy is using an elaborate map system and has every base covered where he plans RIGHT HAND turns ONLY when he can etc., left turns NOT requiring a light...nothing that can possibly slow him down...he just took larger streets across town until he found a free moving freeway...I have more pics to post...just got busy on something else...

And believe me, I am sensitive to that kind of Shiite! The most beautiful thing for me used to be, reading the Washington Times and then the Washington Post on the same day, and just seeing in black and white how the Post does what it does.
CPL Baum could probably give us an update on that...

sorry, we be = will be (I've been listening to too manyof Mooses's news conferences!) :)

The other night, I noticed a "traffic" picture on the web and the one vehicle that "stuck out like a sore thumb", was the white vehicle. The darker cars appeared "faded" in comparison and their colors barely discernible.
Of course, lighting is a factor.
Anyways, I went to a box of photos to look for scenes of cars and/or trucks in the background. Over and over again the "white" vehicle is dominant.
A white vehicle may be what we see "BEST"!!
Another thing, some man reported that "he heard someone say", there's a white van.
Hmmm/Sac

Losing confidence in our law enforcement personnel more every day. Seems like they are only there to enforce political correctness rather than protect us ordinary citizens from real criminals. Maybe they have tired of watching criminals go free due to some legal technicality or some onery judge's liberal bias.
