Peter Jennings Blaming North Korean Nuclear Weapons On Bush!!! Ignores Clinton Treaty Fiasco!!!
ABC/NY | Peter Jennings (by ghost writer)

Posted on 10/17/2002 3:29:51 PM PDT by MindBender26

The Bush administration has been thrown a very dangerous, potentially explosive curveball today. What is the president going to do about North Korea's admission that it has been going ahead with efforts to build nuclear weapons.

You can see the potential here. What is the administration going to do about the Koreans even as it insists that it may have to go to war against Iraq for allegedly similar activity? We are looking at this in a variety of ways tonight. How great is the threat, and what does the North Korean leader, Kim Jong Il, hope to achieve by making this announcement now? Especially since he seemed to be making significant overtures toward the outside world in recent weeks.

Faced with such a brazen, unapologetic declaration, why hasn't the Bush administration reacted more aggressively? Is diplomacy a more effective route in this situation, or is there a double standard here, dealing with one state that violates the Bush doctrine on terrorism differently from another?

And now the good news. At least Jennings has shown himself to be a programmed, doctrinaire America hater. Just think -if he had the slimy intellegence, to suddenly come out as a breast beating patriot. Then secretly he could have awaited the bidding of his masters- (if they gain power). He could have done this, then had good loyalist Americans falling over themselves to love him-then too late.

We had the watch words in World War Two. Such as "know your enemy". Yes, there is an up side to all of this. You know who they are

A tribute to the decency of Americans- this slimy begger continues on. Ah, Petah, raise the eyebrows once more.

So, let me get this timeline straight:

1) Clinton makes scumbag deal with fellow communists to trade American oil and nuclear technology for promises not to use it. (and illegal campaign cash of course.)

2) President Bush includes NK in "Axis of Evil" and the liberal press (including Peta Jennings) explode that NK is not part of "Axis-of-Evil" because the great Resident Xlinton made peace throughout the world, including NK.

3) President Bush continues his resolve to defeat the"Axis-of-Evil," in the process crushing the Taliban and rebuilding Afghanistan, obtains House and Senate resolutions on use of force in Iraq, and squeezes the North Koreans into admitting the Clinton treaty was a sham, and they've developed nukes with the technology Clinton provided them.

4) Liberal media (including Peta Jennings) explode that NK is member of "Axis-of-Evil" and President Bush has been asleep at the wheel.

Perhaps Bush forgot to include the ABCCBSCNNNBC truth terrorists in his "Axis-of-Evil?"

Silly as it may sound, I just sent abcnews an email with some words, but mostly filled with hahahaha's, hehehehe's and hohohoho's mocking them about their reporting. No one really pays them too much attention....but it felt good for me just to send them a note letting them know they are the laughing stock.

"...no stories outraged that NK cheated, lied and took our rice and money,..."

No mention that while the North Korean civilians starved, the NK communist party built nuclear weapons with no heed to the cry of the hungry...

The generosity of the American taxpayer feed the hungry of NK while the commies conjured their nuclear genie.

"From each according to their ability, to each according to".......Oh never mind.

BINGO! You know exactly how to read these commie bastards.

"Has anyone thought that maybe, just maybe, Saddam and Kim Jong Il are working together?"

That's exactly what it is, a cloaked threat to the US. ...and you can bet Rumsfeld didn't miss it.

The press was going nuts over his "cowboy" diplomacy.

The "press" always gets its panties in a bunch at real diplomacy.

Dan Rather was nearly speechless when he tried to spit out that "President Reagan just got up from the table at the summit, and left".(In Iceland with Gorbachov)

As a consequence of this "Cowboy Diplomacy", the Iron Curtain is gone.

If the truth hurts, suck it up and deal with it!

Saddam and Kim Jong Il are working together?

Now, that's worthy of a Clancy plot...
Oh, been done already? Oops...

Has anyone thought that maybe, just maybe, Saddam and Kim Jong Il are working together?

I have thought that, along with Iran and China. Maybe they will open additional fronts when the U.S. moves on Iraq, like Taiwan and S. Korea?

What Mr. Jennings didn't say, but what Brit Hume did say is that Clinton was convinced by - ta da - the winner of the 2002 Nobel Peace Prize, Mr. Jimmy Carter, that North Korea would give up their pursuit of a nuclear bomb in return for financial aid.

Do a Google search on "Sigal+Carter". That's Leon Sigal, a Carter suck-up.

"It's time to purge our networks of Canadians, we got rid of Ashleigh Banfield, now it's time to take care of Peter Jennings."

Peter Jennings is not an asshole because he's Canadian. He's an asshole because he's an asshole. One's home country does not make one an asshole, except of course for the French.
