I have read news articles about the arrest of a drug dealer and in the list of charges, they had as one of the offences that the guy was wearing bullet proof clothing. If I was a service station owner in the DC area, logic would tell me that it might be a good precaution to wear a bullet proof vest, just in case. To think that such an act could wind you up in jail scares me.

Maybe there is a law against wearing a bulletproof vest during the course of committing another crime.
