They don't outright promote "fraud" in their activities. Maybe they'll be like the weathy Park Ave. matron who went to Milwaukee to hand out ciggy-butts to the homeless.

P.S: Wellstone is a target of the Greens?

Yes. There is a leftwing dingbat (not necessarily farther left, just more stupid) than Wellstone running for senate in MN.

"...Because we are focusing on issue-based voter registration, this electoral work can be supported by tax-deductible contributions..."

Help finance illegal, perhaps even treasonous, voter fraud AND write it off your taxes!

This will induce involutary orgasms in liberals.

Send Paul a personal note and tell him what you think:
Paul@Wellstone.org

"These are the issues I will focus on in my second AND LAST term serving Minnesota"
Paul "Welfare" Wellstone
US Senator - Welfare Party

To repeat what I pointed out on the other thread:

Minnesota is one of the few states that allow same day voter registration. We will therefore focus our energy on registering young Minnesotans.

I hold no brief for Socialists, but what they're saying is that they need people from across the country to head up to Minnesota to register voters, not to register as voters.

BUMP for a CLOSE RACE in Minnesota - We need to take this senate seat. This is making news on talk radio in Minnesota.

Norm Coleman (R) is an EXCELLENT choice for senate.

What if leftists found a right wing group advertising this:

"Please help us in Texas on election day. We have to LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD for a FAIR vote. And remember, Texas is one of the few states with CONCEALED CARRY laws."

They'd be squealing.

Defeat Wellstone NOW.

What I want to know is what Wellstone has had to say about this "help" from the DSA-USA!

Is anyone aware of any statements on his part?

This ya gotta see - from Wellstone's own website. I wonder just what kind of "ingredients" are in the "secret recipe" of those brownies?!

Volunteer View

Sarah Mullins, a volunteer with the Wellstone for Senate campaign since February, took second place in the brownie category at the Minnesota State Fair. Every Wednesday, Sarah treats the staff at campaign headquarters to a batch of her award winning brownies, based on a secret recipewhich she refuses to divulge….and trust us we’ve tried.

I think the confusing thing is they keep using the word "young" to describe not only the volunteers, but also the people they want to register. It makes it sound like they are the same people. It's a poorly-written memo, but it's benign.

LINK TO THE TEXT OF THE ORIGINAL DSA ITEM

These dishonest bastards changed the text of the item on their web page! It used to say this:
Together with YDS, DSA’s Youth Section, we are mobilizing to bring young people to Minnesota. Minnesota is one of the few states that allow same day voter registration. We will therefore focus our energy on registering young people. Wellstone will need a high percentage of young people to register and vote for him
Now it says this:
Together with YDS, DSA’s Youth Section, we are mobilizing to bring young people to Minnesota. Minnesota is one of the few states that allow same day voter registration. We will therefore focus our energy on registering young Minnesotans. Wellstone will need a high percentage of young people to register and vote for him
If it wasn't for FR, the text of the original would be LOST, and the DSA could get away with being a band of dishonest pig-$^#@%#$ers.

Thanks for the Memories of the New York Matron, from the 2000 presidential election: I'd almost forgotten the details:

http://secure.mediaresearch.org/news/cyberalert/2000/cyb20001114.asp

" "The ABC affiliate in Milwaukee caught Gore campaign workers handing out cigarettes to homeless residents after they had been brought to a polling place to vote."

Connie Milstein: "I’m here representing the Gore-Lieberman campaign. I’m chairman of the Major Supporters Committee."

Ross: "Connie Milstein, a major Gore supporter and the wife of a New York multimillionaire, told the station she had been asked by the Gore campaign to come to Milwaukee."

Milstein: "Wisconsin is a very key state for the Democratic Party."

Ross: "The district attorney says there is evidence that the Democratic group went to at least three homeless shelters where residents said cigarettes were used to get them to vote. Willie Jackson voted for the first time."..

Ross caught Milstein in Manhattan: "Today outside her Park Avenue home in New York, Mrs. Milstein said she had done nothing wrong."

Milstein: "Brian, let me just say one thing. I am an ordinary Park Avenue matron."

Ross: "Why were you in Milwaukee?"

Milstein: "I was there as an ordinary campaign worker."

Ross concluded: "Mrs. Milstein would not say who sent her to Milwaukee, and the Democratic Party maintains she went to the homeless shelters on her own."

If your candidate can't win the election on issues, it forces you to be creative or unprincipled.
