Aside from Whoraldo, the Fox coverage of the sniper shooting last night was pathetic -- I turned it on when a local channel reported the shooting, and couldn't get any facts over the endless droning of Greta, with "analysts" Ted Williams (formerly of the immensely efficient DC police) and some other psycho-babblers -- not to mention that the camera seemed to be stuck in a position that featured the antenna on a broadcast truck.
When I flipped on Fox & Friends this morning, they were giving air time to some pompous criminology academic whose ego vastly exceeded his logic.
MSNBC & CNN's politics reek, but when it comes to breaking news, at least they are better equipped to handle it. Fox apparently sees the need to make the news -- even tragic news -- entertaining.
