CNN Headline News is reporting that a woman has been shot near a Home Depot in Falls Church, VA, and that authorities are investigating whether this is another sniper attack.

I think the .223 is quite capable of doing what is being done here. Just a plain old 55-grain full metal jacket. Accounts I have read about the round indicate the tiny pill reacts strangely when it hits a human. Sometimes it will drill straight thru as has happened with several of these victims. Other times, especially if it hits bone, it will ricochet through the body, tumble, break apart. I have read accounts of someone being struck in the wrist and having the bullet follow bone, exiting through the shoulder {cringe, that sounds like it hurts!}. Since there are 10 people down and 8 of them dead and 2 critically wounded, it is very effective when it hits center-mass. They say it's an AR, could be, it's accrate enough. A single-shot like the Ruger #1 could be doing the same damage, damn these gun-grabbers. It took them a week to crawl out from under their rocks, I'm surprised they didn't start spewing their garbage day #2 of this mess.
Patterns? HOw about this? The only shooting that was at the same time Muslim prayers are is this one:
8:15 p.m. Wednesday: Dean Harold Meyers, 53, of Gaithersburg, Md., killed at gas station in Manassas, Va. (Prince William County)
Prayer time for that day is 8:15 PM. The same time as Isah (Night) prayer time. But, since Muslims can combine the last 2 prayer times the actual time point may have been 6:53 PM. So, it's possible no shooting has been within 15 minutes of any Muslim prayer time for the time zone of the shootings.
Not as interesting data as ballistics info. but something else to consider.
As far as any significance regarding the name Michael. this kind of info. is interesting.
In Christian scriptures Michael's name means "who is God". Which could be taken as a question. The Muslims see Michael as something different: Muslim traditions have a beautiful, yet terrible description of the great archangel, "Wings the color of green emerald...covered with saffron hairs, each of them containing a million faces and mouths and as many tongues which, in a million dialects, implore the pardon of Allah"--and from his tears, the cherubim are formed.

This gal was shot from a higher position because their saying she was down inside the garage so he may have been on top of a truck stopped at a location ripe fopr fire and the his partner pulls off as if nothing happend

I wonder if this van was a white one last week and was painted cream over the weekend.
