"Dear Policeman, I am God"

This is a foreigner or someone trying to sound like one. Nobody who's first language is English speaks with such syntax.

Cops yesterday said they're moving in on the killer - and his accomplice

No psychosis here. Two people don't share a psychosis and become spree killers together. Planned conspiracy would be more like it.

If the information in this article is correct - which it may not be as this looks like a soup sandwich - we have a terrorist conspiracy.

If this is the work of islamo-sickies, every single government official in Washington should be dragged into the street and beaten for thier crass refusal to secure our borders and purge the enemy from our population.

I thought the "Dear Policeman" sounded like a foreigner too. But then my husband commented it could be domestic. "Dear Policeman" also sounds sarcastic and contemptuous to authority.

good points. for our government's benefit: this better not be a muslin group. our government was designed to protect us. not raise us.

a crisis like this in the capital, points out how ineffective and useless our federal jobs program has become.

so much is at stake politically in this terror war. one question, any of you nice folks in DC want to turn them guns in, so you'll be safer?

So far the weekends have been quiet. Should that tell us something? On a couple of threads I noticed some shooting time charts and some Islamic prayer charts. I did not put the two together, but am now considering spending this afternoon gathering that information and putting it into little spreadsheet to do a side by side evaluation. Would a mulsim shoot someone during prayer time, immediately after or immediately before? The results could prove to be interesting. All types of theories could come into play, what direction did the shots come from? Was he always shooting to the west or east or random? All these little bits of information could lead to another theory of some type.

I am listening to the morning news and having a laugh at the spinsters. They are speculating on race, age, educational background, employment, what they read, and all other sorts of garbage. The feds needs to remove their hotel from their alpha and get with the program. They even said he is a psychopath - if in fact he is a muslim on a mission I hardly classify him as a psychopath.

And for refusing to profile Muslims.

Say, wait a minute, we have been hearing the profile of the likely shooter and it is always a "white male." Okay, but consider this; we are not allowed to profile Muslim terrorists. We can profile an UNSEEN shooter as a white male, a shooter that has killed 8 people, but we cannot profile Muslims that we KNOW murdered 3,000 people and are terrorist thugs?! What is going on here, and why haven't the talking heads at Fox News picked up on this inconsistency?

Not even in say, the salutation of 'a letter'?

I totally agree with you -- reminds me of the antrax letters, "We have this anthrax." Middle-eastern, in my view...

"No psychosis here. Two people don't share a psychosis and become spree killers together. Planned conspiracy would be more like it. "

While this is the more likely scenario, there have been co op nut killers before. The Hillside Strangler in Los Angeles turned out to be two guys working together, Buono and Biannci if I recall the names right.

Your theory is also held by Major John Plaster (The Ultimate Sniper).

He was on a local talk radio show last week talking about this. While I thought that no muslim would say "I am God", Plaster thinks that it is possible that the killer's translation is flawed, and that he meant to say "I am with God". The "Dear Policeman" also sounds like bad English.

I don't have any good numbers on the distances of the shots made by the sniper, but Plaster also said that he could teach a 16 year-old girl who has never seen a gun to make those shots within a weekend.

Heck,beat up the married ones,too.

And even if it isn't islamo-terror, tar and feather the officials who harass, intimidate, and jail those who exercise the God-given, natural right of self-defense.

No psychosis here. Two people don't share a psychosis and become spree killers together.

It happens.

Manson murders, Bonnie and Clyde. There are many occasions when two or more people go on killing sprees together. It usualy is a young male with a female follower.

Based on the New Age tarot card, the "Dear Policeman" remark and because there appears to be an accomplice involved, I'm betting the killer(s) are a young man in his early twenties and his grlfriend.

"Dear Policeman, I am God"

There was a professor of criminology named Fox who was on with Don Wade and Roma (WLS-AM, 890, Chicago) the other day who said that "Dear police" showed that the shooter had respect for the police. I was surprised that Roma, with her literary experience*, didn't laugh the guy to scorn for his obvious lack of it. "Dear police" indicated snide, taunting contempt, not respect.

*Why I refer to literary experience is that it is the great writers of fiction who have always been the most able psychologists throughout the ages, leaving such as Freud, Jung, Maslow, Skinner, and (especially) Fox simply writhing in their dust.

Publik educashun produces such literary efforts. The mailbox bomber this year used this style, too.
