Actually, Wastoute, the ratio of black-on-white rape vs. white-on-black rape was 2000 to 1, according to the report "The Color of Crime" which has been taken from US Dept. of Justice statistics. This ratio is itself somewhat inaccurate due to the fact that the Dept. of Justice deliberately skews the crime statistics by counting hispanic perpetrators as "white" while classifying hispanic victims as "hispanic." The era of "lynchings" has been greatly overstated by the leftists who control the media and publishing houses as well. The 1865-1935 period witnessed approx. 6000 extra-legal executions by vigilantes. Many of these were whites hanging other whites for various crimes, some were whites hanging blacks, and a few were black mobs hanging whites. James Lubinskas wrote an excellent article on this topic which appeared on FrontPageMag. com last week.

Please someone tell me where I have erred in my thinking here, "While Blacks are 13% of the population, they are half of rapists (Dept. of Justice Statistics)"

Well, for one, your statistics are off by fifty percent. The perpetrators of the rapes are almost always male. This means that black males ( not females) are responsible for half of the rapes. Black males make up a little less that one half of the of the black popuation.

This fact reduces the 13% you quoted to less than 6% of the population being responsible for half of the rapes.Much worse that you thought.

Actually, it was very helpful. In 1994 300,000 white women were raped and 10% of those rapes were perpetrated by black men. Let us say that yields 30,000 rapes that MAY be the kind of crimes I am discussing. So things aren't quite as bad as I estimated. If 60% are "acquaintance rapes", which may be a bit high, then only about 10,000 times a year does what I am describing happen i.e.; black men raping white women as a hate crime. Even so it is a lot more than our current DC killer who is getting 3 min. of every 15 min. news cycle.
