Those anger management classes are a joke. Most of the people that are sent to them dont need to go and the rest just get more pissed off when they find out that they have to go.

From what I've seen, quite frankly, I like him. I don't care if he has an education, yet is self deprecating. I entered and graduated college late because of the army. I prefer the life-experienced and educated rather than merely the educated.
The City of Los Angeles could do worse than Chief Moose, and has.

I do believe he moved out of that "tough" hood in Portland. He is a quack, and a Portland crack dealer could try selling to Moose and he wouldn't know what to do with him.

This guy (Moose) is incapable of thinking outside the box.
He has the authority to keep every white van in his jurisdiction off the streets until his officers check them out. .
He has the authority to get the names of every person in Maryland who has registred a white van in Maryland from the DMV.
He can stop every white van in Maryland at any time if he should so want.
He seems to like the TV time, or maybe he is on K. Kennedy Townsends promotion list ( gun control etc).

One more thought and I'm done. Militant Islam terrorists have their own "Carville and Beguillas" that understand American culture and set terrorist stragegy.
I believe terrorists know all about PC and racial preferences, and how that has resulted in lower standards.
