I read it as being said with some incredulity. Having heard the man speak endlessly over the past ten days (local news carries every gol-darn press conference in its entirety) and having heard all the dees, dats, doze, togevvers, uvvers and flusterateds come out of the man's mouth, I have rather a hard time believing he's actually DOCTOR Moose.
