There really is not a whole lot of shrubbery in the area. Sounds like a job for the Knights Who Say "Ni!".

When I was a kid, I took my .22 to the woods all the time.

"More newsworthy would be to see a gunman who was not armed."
Ok, ok, I have to play Devil's Advocate, here. Let's say a gunman walks into a bank and shoots people. He is armed, correct? Now, the security guard throws down his donut and tackles him to the floor. The gun goes sliding under the dress of a woman asleep in the waiting area. The man under the security guard on the floor is still the gunman, correct? He is now unarmed, correct? :)
I have too much time on my hands. Going to join the pep rally in the living room. GO SOONERS!!!

HaaHaHa, I too was thinking that there are cases where a gunman doesn't have to be armed. But I didn't think anybody would call me on it.
...also, definition #2 in my Websters says a gunman is a "person who makes guns". So a gunsmith on his lunch hour could also be an unarmed gunman ;)

Uh, let me get this straight. Someone in some woods has a firearm? OK, what's so weird about that?

There's no reason a youngster should be out with a pool cue at this hour.
Shoot him.
Not a bad idea. His life is already "misspent" by hanging out in pool halls and woods.

What about a man in the woods with a gun, but no arms. Would that be an unarmed gunman, or an armed, unarmed man? There is a prize for this.

"It's interesting that CNN was up at that particular mall a day or two ago interviewing mothers and kids talking about how much safer they feel in the mall."
This is important...please get this tidbit to the authorities...we know which station he/she watches and now they could set something up if CNN will cooperate.

Is he carrying the gun between his legs or hooked over his ear? ;-)

Wait....I'm being wistful.
