I THINK THE SNIPERS ARE AL QAEDA

My thinking is, they HAVE thought of this, but to SAY it would panic all of the country. I have thought from the beginning that it is terrorists, they have, like others said, many ways in store for us, to terrorize us. This is just one of them.

I've not found it on Amazon either. I'll find it at the library and pong you on the exact title, author and ISBN number.

"I am God" could easily be intended to mean, metaphorically, "I am the instrument of God" (whether an Islamist or not).

On the other hand, look at the posts made by somebody in what appears to be a message board about an on-line role-playing game called the Romance of the Three Kingdoms. He has used two different signatures in his posts on that board:

I'm not making any accusations about this particular person. It's spooky, but there are probably a lot of people with these sorts of emotions, especially in role-playing games, most of whom never snap in real life. All I'm saying is that it could easily be somebody with no Islamic associations at all.

If the snipers are Moslems, and they threaten the economy, doesn't protecting the economy entail letting people know that the snipers are Moslems? Why should our government think protecting local Moslems is more important than protecting the economy?

There is a "false flag" theory that Saddam Hussein uses Muslim religious fanatics to carry out acts of terrorism so that Iraq will not be directly blamed. It should not be assumed that every attack against Americans is Al Quaeda. A couple of Republican Guard snipers could have been infiltrated. The primary issue in the news right now is whether or not we should go to war with Iraq. Saddam could be sending us a message that we are vulnerable, but he might not want that message directly traced to him. The same might also apply to the attack on the French oil tanker.

IMHO, if it starts up in other cities, we need to excersise our 2nd amendment right REGARDLESS of local law. Too bad the only ones allowed to do this now are in the state of Vermont. We need Vermont's law expanded nationwide.

With an inexhaustible reserve of Al Qaeda volunteers, this shooting spree could continue for years, with occasional nabs of one or two of them but the rest of the sleeper cells safe and escalating the terror.

DC could move to martial law and total shutdown of business and schools before long.

There is an upside - the LEOs and media will start profiling and suppress all liberal PC crap.

In fact it could set back PC and multiculturalism by decades.

Of these pairs, what were the motives. I know Lucas and Toole were pedophiles....Toole is the number one suspect in the death of Adam Walsh if I recall correctly but later recanted his confession.

I understand your point, the guys who did pull-off the 9-11 tragedies were smart, no question. My point was that I don't think that with shooting 10 people, a terrorist's MO is to evade capture. Their TYPICAL MO is to go out with a "blaze of glory." Saying that, I could be wrong.

A sniper is a diciplined mathematician . Someone often stalks an equally equipt foe . The main difference I see is the mindset and the mission . The true sniper is a team member in a bigger picture , as oppossed to this / these folks who are simply self serving mass murders .
