This is just a theory but I think this guy did this on his way to work. It happened at 9:00. He is probably at work right now laughing his head off. This seems like a work vehicle with writing on the side. He probably works in the area and was able to escape very quickly. I think the police should check all businesses that use white astro vans. I think this psycho is long gone by now.

That's an intersting idea. Does seem that a lot of shooting happen outside or close to the 9 to 5 time range.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Many service companies have a fleet of vans, they don't look suspicious because everyone is used to seeing them...perfect decoy.
