The possibility of two shooters in competition is interesting, but if so, I think they work together. News report in, I think it was the New York Post, said witnesses saw two people flee in a white vehicle. They could take turns driving. That would take me back to a possible AQ connection as I can't quite picture two homegrown nuts working in tandem, but we know AQ trains in groups.

Should have added, although it's a stretch and I'm open to any possibility, given what happened during the Anthrax attacks, I'd say AQ is smart enough to plant a card that will direct LEO's to the homegrown theory. During the anthrax attacks, if it was AQ behind them, they were smart enough to primarily target Democrats and the liberal media, perhaps understanding our culture well enough to know that then investigators would think it's a white supremist. The New York Post article this morning suggests that because our soldiers in Vietnam left behind a calling card of some sort, that perhaps this is a psychotic war vet. If AQ has read some books and seen some movies that detail the same thing, we have some smart terrorists on our hands. I now it's a stretch and I'll be flamed for having an agenda and wanting it to be terrorists, but today's story that there were two men seen in that white vehicle just makes me feel that it's extremely unlikely we could have two homegrown nuts.

Fox News has 'miked' the reporters at this morning's Chief Moose news conference...FYI for those of you who were going to other channels to hear the questions....
