FOXNEWS just reported that another shooting has happened in the DC area (Prince George?). A man was shot an killed at a gas station.

Southwest of DC. Where the first battle of the Civil War was fought. Congressmen rode out in carriages with their wives to watch the battle and enjoy a picnic.
The perp has chosen yet another location in the DC area. What with the beltway and the interstates, he unfortunately has convenient access to a lot of real estate.

Yes, shotgun is only good for short distances, generally effective up to 40 yards or so.....Not a sniper weapon....

And possibly a shotgun? If true, it isn't related.... When is the last time you saw someone in the media that even knew the difference between a shotgun and a rifle?
I guess we will have to wait for more information.

Posted this on other thread. Rt 234 completely blocked off -- it's 5 seconds from Rt 66. I drove past there about 8:55 pm tonight and was forced east on I-66 (I wanted to go that way anyway). Four helicopters in air now. White van/panel truck being looked at by police. People unable to get home. Area blocked off.

Correct me if I am wrong, but a shotgun would have to be at a much closer range than the other shootings, right? Unless it was a solid lead slug...longer range
