My sister is a crime scene investigator for Montgomery County and she told me that he was hired to clean up some charges of Racism on the force and they DID do an costly investigation and the department got a clean bill of health.

My sister tells me that he is a good guy who looks out for his fellow officers and has a bad temper. But she says he is a good guy and most everyone is very happy with him.

The TV stations are in DC near the MARYLAND border. The people who work at the stations tend to live in the District or Maryland. They know and report on the neighborhoods where they live and work.

I just looked at the ploting of locations on the FOX NEWS map, and when you connect the dots, it looks like a cursive letter 'Z'. The first thought on reading your post was 'zodiac'.
