"Real sniper" = Shooter in a combat zone -- not the parking lot of a craft store, or schoolyard.
I agree with you there, but if he is a terrorist he probably thinks it is a combat zone.
I'm afraid that since he wasn't caught after 1 or 2 it is going to take a while.
