Who knows? We don't know that he didn't leave anything at the other sites, we just haven't heard about anything. But I'm also wondering if one of the murders could have been a specific target and the rest were done to cover up the target and motive. Hope the cops check out that angle, too.

If this was a common robbery, with a shotgun involved, the wounds can be nasty. Surgeons call shotgun wounds, wormhole wounds....As thats what the pellets or shot appears to do once inside a subject.

I'm not the expert on guns in the family -- but haven't heard yet what kind of gun was used. Hmmmm. Just heard that a man was hiding in the woods watching kids on the football field in Bristo, VA (5 miles from Manassas). Monday night I saw someone with a backpack walking in the woods just down from shooting. Heard there were a lot of false calls -- sheesh -- we're all looking at each other now and wondering....

Hollywood does not influence lives, it reflects them..... Yeah, those million dollar commercials influence no consumer.

I think it desentisizes people to horrors they wouldn't otherwise experiance. Because of desentization, many people feel it's the norm. Many people think what they see on TV is real life.
What you see in movies becomes the future. People get so used to seeing things, they just fit right into that mold.
There's a lot of easily led people in this world.

I thought that it was possibly a test case for terrorists to be followed up if successful. But now I am leaning toward wack-job. I am not sure that this last "death card" killing is same person yet though.

Caller on WMAL calling from office near Sunoco station: area blocked off since 8:15 or 8:30; he heard no shot. If it was a shotgun, wouldn't he have heard a shot? Still no mention of shotgun on WMAL.
