Good morning!
Wow, you are my new hero on FR! After reading your profile above I have to thank you for the outstanding way you have represented Freepers against the thugs from the left.
Your family is just beautiful, what adorable children you and Mrs. Physicist have. You are all indeed Free Republic's finest! Enjoy your day in the spotlight!

John dear, good morning, and thank you for the early morning ping, and all of millions of pings all of the time!
You the man!!!

Mrs. P. doesn't like the photo at the top of the bio. She says she looks "horrible"; I think she looks just fine. If anything, I look worse, trying as I am to smile with a big mouthful of Guinness Stout.
To: Physicist
I saw this on TV too when it happened. How amazing that these people got away with barely a slap on the wrist.
What a beautiful family. You have blessed in many ways. Thank you for sharing a piece of yourself with me today.

I hope that no news is good news. It is, my friend. It is. Thanks for asking.

Good to see you getting recognized for your efforts! Congratulations!
I see we aren't airbrushing the bannee/departees out of the official histories yet. CaL's pic is still there.

Good morning FRiends. I wanted to share an email that I received this morning. Maybe you have seen it and maybe you havent't but I think it is worth looking at and I think if you agree you should ping all of your friends to it.
Have a Great day. Here is the email.
Subject: Gas
Every time you fill up the car, you can avoid putting more money into the
coffers of Saudi Arabia. Just buy from gas companies that don't import their
oil from the Saudis. Nothing is more frustrating than the feeling that every
time I fill-up the tank, I am sending my money to people who are trying to
kill me, my family, and my friends. I thought it might be interesting for
you to know which oil companies are the best to buy gas from.
Major companies that import Middle Eastern oil (for the period 9/1/00
-8/31/01).
Shell................ 205,742,000 barrels
Chevron/Texaco....... 144,332,000 barrels
Exxon /Mobil......... 130,082,000 barrels
Marathon............. 117,740,000 barrels
Amoco................ 62,231,000 barrels
If you do the math at $30/barrel, these imports amount to over $18 BILLION!
Here are some large companies that do not import Middle Eastern oil:
Citgo 0 barrels
Sunoco 0 barrels
Conoco 0 barrels
Sinclair 0 barrels
BP/Phillips 0 barrels
Hess 0 barrels
All of this information is available from the Department of Energy and can
be easily documented. Refineries located in the U.S. are required to state
where they get their oil and how much they are importing. They report on a
monthly basis.
Keep this list in your car; share it with friends. Stop paying for
terrorism.............
But to have an impact, we need to reach literally millions of gas buyers.

I found it to be good and useful information - thanks for bringing it here. JLGlad you liked it. I was just starting to wonder if it was a little off topic. I didn't want to rain on anyone's parade. If I can helps my fellow Americans I will do so.

Good morning......I am so happy to hear that you like your profile...
.I learned so much about so many things in snooping around the threads you were involved in. I had heard of the Don Adams incident, and had seen his name mentioned many times, but it was just great to put all of the pieces together and see the complete picture...
.Special kudos to you for founding the Philadelphia Chapter of Free Republic...And we need more information about the statement on your Profile Page that you "introduced dead to laz" (or was it the other way around?)...Whatever, details please...lol....

"...which resulted in Morris losing the local he built, and ultimately being drummed out of the Teamsters. He died earlier this year, still attempting to win his position back. The events reportedly took a very heavy toll on him."
Gives new meaning to the phrase "you reap what you sow"
Congratulations physicist. You really hung in there in Philly. My best to Mrs. P. and your beautiful children.

Thanks for posting about the helicoptor pilots lost during the Vietnam conflict...
And thank you for the nice words about Physicist...you are "right" on...

We have to get a bit off-topic from time to time, lest the honoree collapses from so much back-slapping and well-wishing. ;-)
