This is the only time that Simon could get Davis to show up.

I think Davis knows he would lose for sure if most Californians saw him debate Simon.

Saw Superman/Outraged on KTLA 5 on the receiving end of some scary "in your face" action with a Greenie. Yikes!

I caught the debate this evening on Cspan II from 7 to 8 but the next debate between Thune and Johnson in SD was right out of SNL. The fat moderator lost control right out of the box. Johnson never shutup but Thune has TV appeal. Once again the Repub was to gracious and not rude.

People heard of Reagan and he was a great man. Big difference!
But I do hope Simon can win against all odds.

If Simon had half the money that Davis has for this campaign this election would be over.
BTW, Bill Jones and Bill Simon got about 70% of the primary vote. Rinodan got 30% or less. Not a good showing for a well known name.

No kidding, why can't Simon raise any money?
I am getting the feeling many here felt Riordan was worse than Davis. I find that hared to imagine, but I will take people here for their word on that.
Which tells me we were between a rock and a hard place from the start then, bummer!

A man dressed as Superman showed up supporting Simon, as did a man dressed as a prostitute, wearing a Davis mask and carrying a sign, "Will work for bribes." A third character was dressed as a chicken, accusing Davis of being too "chicken" to agree to additional debates. From AP.

If any of you fabulous Freepers gets a chance to come out and join us as we FREEP THE CREEPS in So. Cal. come on out. It was great watching the debate with the Freepers Monday in Los Angeles. So glad I went and didn't just watch it at home alone. RonDog did a great job of organizing us, and Jessamine was a blast to sit next to during the debate. She added a touch of humor to Gray's (LIES) comments during the debate!
We were also trying to recruit new Freepers, people we met who are conservatives!!!!! That is always fun!!!!!

Gray mentioned his mother and father and wife. Jessamine made up names for them. Mother = Tan. Father = Beige. Wife = Vanilla. Jessamine cracked me up, witty funny smart Freeper, she is!

I have the scan of the "invitation" that the Davis people got for the debate rally, but I need web space to put it up. Any suggestions?
To: Tony in Hawaii; daviddennis
David may be able to "host" that image; I cannot - for now.
