Could be - that area's not too far from Ft. Meade (NSA HQ) - what 8 - 10 miles or so, if that? - there may be some other "restrictions" from that general vicinity.

There is a Terminal Control Area around National, Dulles, & BWI but ATC could surely help in keep ing the helos safely separated. NO fly areas = Congress, White house....

No. Tasker is about 1.5 miles outside the DC no-fly-zone. There's a local airport about .5 miles (as the crow files) to the west running at full operations.
