One of the nicest things about this freep were all the non-FreeRepublic people who "spontaneously" showed up. There were some darling girls from UCLA who had the wristbands to be able to get into the function. Apparently in an effort to attract enough people to the event, UCLA students were invited. After standing outside and freeping with us for a while, these absolutely darling girls folded up their signs and tucked them under their shirts and into their pants and decided to battle the devil on its own turf. We didn't see them again. I hope they came out unscathed. They promised to throw in some boos for me during quiet moments.

FReePin' Wild !! Shur hope they're breeders ;-)

Hitlary 2002 - "They don't just want to roll back on Bill Clinton's policies, they're working on Franklin Roosevelt's and Teddy Roosevelt's as well," she said.

Patooey!

Clinton IS his own worse defendant, my dear, and as a co-enabler/co-conspirator, you don't have a leg to stand on.

Bush is calling FDR's bluff, and ironically enough, Bush is about to "carry a Big Stick" into Iraq and who knows elsewhere.

Dissent IST Verboten ,yaknow! It's the New DemocRatic Party. The Party of Tiny Tom and Leaky Leahy, of TeleTubby Kennedy and McDermott. FDR wouldn't want to belong to this motley crew. But McGovern would.;-)

The Youth of America .. The Future of America .. Thanks for showing up and caring .

Why that is censorship!

Why am I not surprised? There were 3 TV stations there plus Telemundo showed up later....not one of them covered us.

Well, isn't that special. (And typical.)

(Of course, that the AP mentioned it at all is interesting.)

Thanks for the heads up;-)

Here's a weekend classic, too: Anti-war protest draws about 1,500 in Austin (plus two Freepers for counter-demonstration)

Violent suppression of citizens is not freedom. Yet, in the inner cities of this nation, these tactics have been used on inner city citizens for decades. ENFORCE THE LAWS!

Build Prisons and stick these thugs in them!

AGREED!

The way dems have to BUS in people to make it APPEAR they are popular and that the 'people' support them is one of the worst manipulations the dems have going.

I recall the reports of gore calling the union bosses and pleading for them to bus people in to counteract the mighty DC Freepers who daily stood outside our VP mansion at the Naval Observatory in DC shouting 'GET OUT OF CHENEY's HOUSE!'. Reports were that the FReeper chanting was driving al bore nuts! hehe

I LOVED reading every account of this major FReep and hope the media are solidly attacked for remaining silent on this marvelous exercise in truth letting. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU WHO MADE THE EFFORT TO GO AND GIVE GREY AND HITLERY a solid dose of reality! BRAVO!!

I LOVE Free Republic! Threads like this are what it is ALL ABOUT!

At one FReep we went to in Seminole Co. (when they were trying to throw out the military ballots), one union THUG spit on a young boy right in front of his father.

We surrounded him and chanted, "shame, shame" and "union thug".

Funny thing was, this SAME guy showed up at a "supposedly spontaneous" protest at State Sen. Locke Burt's office the very next week. When I questioned him on it, he grew quite belligerant and foul mouthed and started screaming at me.

Intimidation and fear is how they manipulate people when they attend these "spontaneous" outbursts by "regular" citizens. Don't believe a word of it, and document everything.

this lack of reporting also reminds me of the Promise Keepers phenomenon. 100,000+ LA men are standing in the LA coliseum to hear preaching on God and yet on TV, it never happened! This shenanigans only deepen the public's realization that the TV news directors are out of touch and following their own political agenda.

The more FR does... the more people show up... the more the TV news is IRRELEVANT. We need hispanic F.R. chapters.

Jim better go register that before el Jose Davis does.
