AGREED!

The way dems have to BUS in people to make it APPEAR they are popular and that the 'people' support them is one of the worst manipulations the dems have going.

I recall the reports of gore calling the union bosses and pleading for them to bus people in to counteract the mighty DC Freepers who daily stood outside our VP mansion at the Naval Observatory in DC shouting 'GET OUT OF CHENEY's HOUSE!'. Reports were that the FReeper chanting was driving al bore nuts! hehe

I LOVED reading every account of this major FReep and hope the media are solidly attacked for remaining silent on this marvelous exercise in truth letting. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU WHO MADE THE EFFORT TO GO AND GIVE GREY AND HITLERY a solid dose of reality! BRAVO!!

I LOVE Free Republic! Threads like this are what it is ALL ABOUT!

this lack of reporting also reminds me of the Promise Keepers phenomenon. 100,000+ LA men are standing in the LA coliseum to hear preaching on God and yet on TV, it never happened! This shenanigans only deepen the public's realization that the TV news directors are out of touch and following their own political agenda.

The more FR does... the more people show up... the more the TV news is IRRELEVANT. We need hispanic F.R. chapters.

Thanks, Republic. I hope that threads like this INSPIRE others to get out on the streets. I had a hard week, it would have been so easy not to go, it was an hours' drive from my house, I knew the media wouldn't even notice us, but it was the other freep reports, those from DC, from Texas, Fresno, those guys in Boston who every weekend hit the streets, not wanting to disappoint RonDog who drives himself to the limits of exhaustion, and all the after freep reports from all over the country that kept me from succumbing to my natural inclination to be lazy.

I'm very glad I went. We truly are not alone.
